See below for a guide to when you order and when the macarons are likely to arrive.
|Order Day (before 2pm)
We make the macarons and freeze them. It sounds a bit odd to freeze such a delicate cake but it really improves the quality and helps transport them.
Once you’ve received the macarons keep them in the fridge. They will be happiest in there and will keep for up to 7 days.
The macarons are best eaten at room temperature. So (if you can wait that long) bring them out of the fridge an hour so before eating.
2. Orders that don\'t contain macarons
Orders that don\'t contain macarons can be sent out on a standard delivery and will take 2-3 working days to arrive.
3. Adding a Gift Message
During the checkout you can add a short gift message. This will be included as a small printed card.
Macarons are by their nature fragile and delicate. Tim and his team have spent many days and nights perfecting the packaging for the macarons. We’ve worked with experts in the UK and China to design and produce something bespoke and special.
Please try to ensure that someone is in to receive your order. They will arrive by courier at anytime between 9-5. This is particularly important for macaron orders. If no one is in they will be returned to the distribution centre which may effect the quality of the macarons by the time they arrive.
If there are any problems with your order then please contact 01603 419506 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to solve the problem.
