Macarons & More

Happy Fifth Birthday to the Macarons & More Shop

Funfetti Macarons

Blow up the balloons and blow out the candles: this Thursday marks quite an occasion. The Macarons & More shop in the Royal Arcade will have been open FIVE years! We’ll be celebrating of course and we hope that you’ll join us for a slice of birthday cake!

Funfetti Birthday Macarons

We like to mark special occasions with a special bake. Our shop’s birthday will be celebrated with a limited edition bake of Funfetti Birthday Macarons. These will be filled with a birthday cake style vanilla buttercream and have the colourful candy sprinkles known as Hundreds-and-Thousands baked into their shells. (Fun Fact about Hundreds-and-Thousands: it is a rare example in English of a noun that has no singular form).

Let Them Eat Cake

It wouldn’t be a birthday party without a cake! We’ll be baking an old-school style birthday cake: a vanilla sponge with Hundreds-and-Thousands baked into it and a jam and vanilla buttercream filling. As a thank you to all the customers who have supported us over the years, we will be giving away free birthday cake to every customer on Thursday!

We’d love to see you in our shop in norwich’s Royal Arcade for our birthday on Thursday. But if you live further afield, don’t panic – all of our macarons and other baked treats can be ordered online and delivered to your home. We even offer free delivery on all UK mainland orders over £40 (excluding Scottish Highlands).

Stay up-to-date with our latest bakes and promotions by following us on Facebook and Instagram.
