The ice cream sandwich has undergone something of a renaissance in the UK in recent years. Macarons & More have teamed up with award winning ice-creamists East Coast Gelato to produce a unique take on this indulgent treat: creamy churned gelato between two of our giant macaron shells. They’ll be available from our shop in the Royal Arcade Norwich from Friday May 25th.

Fabulous Flavours

After a lot of experimenting, we’ve settled on five fabulous flavours:

• Vanilla

• Chocolate

• Pistachio Crunch

• Raspberry Ripple 

• Salted Caramel

We’ll be serving up our own take on the ice cream sandwich all summer, so make sure you drop by the Macarons & More shop next time you are in Norwich City Centre on a warm day – or any day for that matter! We wouldn’t want the vagaries of the British summer weather to prevent you from trying our latest confection.
