Subscription orders

Subscription orders are sent each month for the duration of your subscription on the Wednesday following the 'anniversary' of your original delivery date. Unfortunately we can only offer our subscription products to UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands) addresses. If you would like to discuss any further options that we may be able to provide you, please contact us by phone or email.

Storing Macarons

We make the macarons and freeze them. It sounds a bit odd to freeze such a delicate cake but it really improves the quality and helps transport them. Once you’ve received the macarons keep them in the fridge. They will be happiest in there and will keep for up to 7 days. The macarons are best eaten at room temperature. So (if you can wait that long) bring them out of the fridge for an hour or so before eating.

2. Adding a Gift Message

During the checkout you can add a short gift message. This will be included as a printed message on the delivery note.

Macarons are by their nature fragile and delicate. Tim and his team have spent many days and nights perfecting the packaging for the macarons. We’ve worked with experts in the UK and China to design and produce something bespoke and special.

Any Problems?

Please try to ensure that someone is in to receive your order. They will arrive by courier at any time between 9-5. This is particularly important for macaron orders. If no one is in our courier will attempt to leave the order safe.

If there are any problems with your order then please contact 01603 419506 or e-mail contact@macaronsandmore.com and we will do our best to solve the problem.
