It’s the most wonderful time of the year, and the busiest too! Our bakers have been whipping up our Christmas creations and festive fancies for delivery all over the UK, and filling our shops with extravagant treats for the fine people of Norwich! 

Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery dates and store opening hours this Christmas. 

Christmas Deliveries

All of our products can be ordered with named day delivery, which means you can order now for delivery on a specific date. 

Our brownies and macarons keep well in the fridge for at least a week, so to avoid any last-minute delivery hiccups we recommend choosing to have your festive orders delivered on the 19th, 20th or 21st December. 

If you are choosing next day delivery, orders must be placed before 2pm or will be processed the next working day. 

• Last order date for delivery before Christmas is Monday 23rd December at 2pm, for delivery on 24th December
• Last order date for larger items, such as celebration cakes, is Wednesday 18th December

Click and Collect

All of our products can be collected from our shop in the Royal Arcade, Norwich – indeed some products such as our delicate Mont Blanc Macaron Wreath are only available via click and collect. 

When you choose Click and Collect you will be asked to choose a collection date, so that we can have your order ready for you. 

• Last collection before Christmas is 2pm on Christmas Eve, Tuesday 24th December
• Last online order time, for collection in store on the 24th December, is Monday 23rd December at 2pm

Subject to stock availability, some products may not be available online.

Christmas Opening Hours

Our shops in the Royal Arcade and intu Chapelfield Mall will be open right up until Christmas Eve, perfect for picking up presents for everyone on your list – and perhaps a treat for yourself too!
