We love Easter! Obviously, we love all bank holidays as much as the next person. But the Easter holiday heralds the onset of spring and summer (and includes the tradition of exchanging sweet treats with loved ones) so it’s officially our favourite. Every year, we prepare special bakes for the Easter holiday and this year is no egg-ception! Here’s a selection of treats we’ve been cooking up that will be available in store all week:

Marshmallow Egg . Team Macaron have a passion for marshmallows that has been handed down from company founder, Tim Kinnaird – who published a recipe book devoted to the gourmet squidgy cubes in 2014. This Easter, we’ve created a chocolate coated marshmallow Easter egg with smaller chocolate eggs embedded within it.

Giant Hot Cross Macabun. The toasted buttered hot cross bun dates back to the 12th Century when, according to tradition, a monk marked his buns with a cross to celebrate Good Friday. Our Hot Cross Bun-inspired giant macaron has a ganache infused with the flavours of dried fruit and spices.

Chick Animacs. Adorable limited-edition lemon flavour chick animacs.
