    After a macaron (obviously), is there a better cake in the world than a still warm, glazed Cinnamon bun? Delicious! We will show you our favourite recipe. Alongside those we will make light and fluffy Blueberry Muffins and a scrumptious Apple Pie

    Our classes are run in small groups, with each participant having their own workstation, oven, and equipment. We want you to be able to easily replicate the dishes you make when you get home. We, therefore, give you all the recipes to take away and lots of advice on where to source more specialist ingredients and equipment.

    Baking your Street Food favourites.

    .We will show you how to make delicious steamed Chinese Bao buns, ready for cramming full with your favourite fillings. Moving on from those we will make some quick and easy flatbreads and then prepare pizza dough. Using the pizza dough and your choice of toppings you will then bake your own lunch. We will also have available other toppings and fillings to finish you buns and flatbreads.
