At Macarons & More, we take immense pride in our macarons and want every customer to be delighted with their order. That’s why we offer the 100% Guarantee – a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

1. Reporting an Issue

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Please email us at support@macaronsandmore.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the issue
  3. Clear photos of the affected items
  4. This allows us to assess the problem and improve our service.

2. Resolution

If we determine that your order did not meet our usual high standards, we will either resend the item or issue a full refund for the value of the affected items. 

3. Website Orders Only

The 100% Guarantee applies only to orders placed through our website (www.macaronsandmore.com). Orders made in person at our shop or via third-party platforms are not covered under this policy.

4. Right to Terminate

The 100% Guarantee exists to ensure fairness and customer confidence. However, if we determine that it is being misused or abused, we reserve the right to:

  • Close your account once we have fulfilled any obligations under this policy.
  • Refuse future orders from deactivated accounts.
  • Limit our obligations to your statutory rights under consumer law.


5. Exclusions & Limitations

The 100% Guarantee does not cover:

  1. Orders where the issue was due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., incorrect delivery address or date).
  2. Situations where the product quality has been impacted due to improper storage after delivery.
  3. Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect taste or freshness.
  4. Gift Vouchers or Discounts
