Delivery Methods
We currently offer the following delivery options:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — usually next day, but may take up to 2 days.
- Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day - Guaranteed next day delivery
- Click & Collect — collect from our Norwich store at a date and time of your choosing
Delivery Areas
We deliver within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently ship internationally.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is charged at £3.95. Shipping is free on all orders over £50.
Order Processing
Orders are dispatched the next working day after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the following working day. A delivery by date can be chosen at the checkout for deliveries placed in advance.
Delivery Estimates
Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver the next working day following dispatch. While we dispatch on time, delivery timescales are subject to Royal Mail's network. We recommend selecting a “deliver by” date that gives at least one additional working day of buffer where time is critical.
Please note that macarons are a fresh, perishable product. We package them carefully to withstand transit, but we cannot be responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail once the parcel has been collected.
Click & Collect
Collection orders can be placed via our website. You will be able to select your preferred collection date and time slot during checkout. We will prepare your order ready for your chosen slot. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.
Damaged or Missing Orders
We take great care in packaging every order. If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will offer a replacement or a full refund at our discretion, subject to investigation with Royal Mail where applicable.
To report an issue, please email us at hello@macaronsandmore.com with your order number and, where possible, a photograph of the damage.
No Returns Policy
As our products are fresh, handmade, and perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
