How do I Make my Macarons Pink?
This is a great question. Rose was one of the first flavours we developed so we do know a thing or two about this. We use a natural pink food colouring powder, which is available to buy in the home baking section of our website. It is 100% natural, made from beetroot. We add the colouring at the beginning of making our batter, mixing the colouring into our first lot of egg white before adding the almonds and icing sugar.
