What equipment will I need?

The only specialist equipment needed is a instant read digital thermometer, electric hand whisk or stand mixer (to make the meringue), piping bags with plain round nozzles and silicone baking paper or a silicone mat. A full equipment list is provided in the course details.

What Ingredients will I need?


The only ingredients for this recipe, not widely available in supermarkets, is the pistachio paste. That is easily bought online or the recipe may be adapted to make a flavour of macaron entirely baked from grocery store or supermarket ingredients.
