OUR DELIVERY OPTIONS

Option 1 - Next Day Delivery

Next day delivery is available if you order before 2pm (Monday - Friday).

Option 2 - Schedule a Delivery Date
Pick the delivery date you would like at the checkout from a calendar.

Option 3 - Premium Before 12 and 10.30am Options
Need your order in a hurry. We also offer premium before midday and 10.30am options.

We provide full tracking and a 1hr timed delivery slot with all options. This is critical for macaron deliveries as they are delicate and you need to know where they are.

You will receive a 1hr timed delivery slot on the morning of your delivery and full tracking throughout.

NOT GOING TO BE IN?

Our courier will leave your order safe. After your order has dispatched you will be messaged by our courier and you can add leave safe instructions. These notifications will be sent to the mobile number and e-mail address entered on the order.

Macarons are delicate and need careful packaging. We individually wrap each macarons in its own case and we courier them in bespoke packaging that safely transports them to you. We take great care over that.

We carefully pack our macarons and courier them overnight. That is the only way to ensure macarons arrive safely and in perfect condition. Simply place your order and select a convenient day of your choosing for delivery.

FREE DELIVERY

We offer free weekday delivery (Tues-Fri) on all gift vouchers and all UK mainland orders over £50 (excludes Scottish Highlands).

ADDING A GIFT MESSAGE

During the checkout, you can add a short gift message. This will be included as a printed message on the delivery note. 

We never stop refining and revising our recipes. We want to ensure that we bake you the best Pate de Fruit Jellies you can buy. We carefully select the most delicious ingredients we can find. 

STORING OUR JELLIES

Our jellies are best stored in their box at room temperature. They will have a best before date of at least 6 weeks from delivery. 

ARE YOUR JELLIES VEGETARIAN? VEGAN?

Our Jellies do not contain any animal products or dairy. Those following a Vegetarian or Vegan diet may enjoy them.

However, our kitchen uses dairy products extensively. Other products that we sell here DO contain dairy e.g. Macarons and Brownies.

We do not routine laboratory test to prove the absence of animal products and dairy in the jellies so we are unable to guarantee that they are free from either.

How quickly can I collect?

If you need something in a hurry then our kitchen has earlier collection slots than our shop. The current availability will be shown on the date picker in the checkout.

Our bakery produces a wide range of products. As such, we can not guarantee anything we make is Free From a particular allergen.
