The Watermelon Gem is moulded in a multi-faceted dodecagonal form, all flat planes and sharp angles, like something a geologist might pocket. The colour is a deep, translucent green with darker tonal variation across the facets, shifting as the light moves across it. It looks less like a sweet and more like a specimen.
The flavour is watermelon: cool, clean, and faintly sweet without being cloying. The crystallised exterior gives it a satisfying snap before the softer centre takes over. One of those pieces people pick up and don't immediately put down.

NOT GOING TO BE IN?
Royal Mail will leave a calling card with redelivery and collection options if no one is home. You can also manage redelivery via the Royal Mail website using your tracking number.
Macarons are delicate. We individually wrap each one and pack them in bespoke packaging designed to protect them in transit. Orders are dispatched to arrive in perfect condition — that's the only way we'd send them.

At just under 50mm in diameter our macarons are larger than other bakeries and we fill them generously. The flavour of the macaron comes from the filling and we maximise that. We never stop refining and revising our recipes. We want to ensure that we bake you the best macarons you can buy. We carefully select the most delicious ingredients we can find. Our macarons are known and recommended for how well flavoured they are.
STORING AND SERVING OUR MACARONS
Our macarons are best stored in the fridge and they keep perfectly for at least 7 days. They are best eaten at room temperature, so take them out of the fridge for 30 minutes before eating them.
